high calorie but low carbish

I was so tired from the cold today!

Niners won in MNF, they kicked Arizona's butt!

big dinner, it got bigger as I just got more and more hungry

1 organic raw egg yolk
0.98 lb ny strip steak, seared in organic ghee with spices
half can of organic coconut milk with casein and organic shredded coconut
about 4 oz organic half and half with casein and organic shredded coconut

yup, double casein, I was hungry

it was poooouring rain

in the early afternoon, took 2 scoops of Jack3D
3 scoops of Modern BCAAs + 20 Humapro around workout

As I put on weight over the last few days and didn't sleep great, I did just bodyweight chinups

4, then 17 sets of 3 - 55 in all

I ran outa the gym due to some overbearing dude interrupting people's workouts

Brunch and long drive home

so woke up the next day, great nice sleep at the 4 points Sheraton, just around the corner from my brother's place

had a huge brunch at my brother's

tons of bagels and Humapro

then started the long drive home, a little protein bar action on the way

dinner was from Whole Foods Market

roast chicken, gravy, taters, and a big protein pudding - casein and organic coconut milk


well this day started off in the city, and thanks God with no hangover!

breafast was high in in protein
a smoked pork loin chop, 2 sunny side up eggs

then we took a long drive to Bakersfield to see my brother and sister in law
spent Turkey Day with my folks and my bro's father in law

on way down chomped on protein bars and water

took an AP before lunch, Thai Fried Rice @ Red Chili

big venti latte from Starbucks and a little dark chocolate

in the evening I got to see my friends (yeah!) at Taverna Aventina (or something like that), booz and bar food

late night meal at Delarosa - fried mozzarella sandwich and pizza

pre Thanksgiving (the good days)

so this week ended up pretty high calorie wise, of course with it being Thanksgiving week

but Monday I had a single dinner

2 organic egg yolks
2 organic eggs - sunny side up
5 slices of bacon
0.82 ny strip steak
organic garlic and anchovy paste
organic ghee

chased it with 20 Humapro

next day:

breakfast was 3 organic egg yolks


0.91 lb porterhouse with anchovy paste
1 scoop micellar casein with half can organic coconut milk

25 Humapro spread throughout the day

Big Game Disaster but an ok weekend

I didn't feel like potatoes on Friday night so my food intake for the day was

2 raw egg yolks - breakfast

0.78 lb marin sun farms beef - raw
5 slices bacon
half a can of organic coconut milk with a scoop of casein

Next day I hit the gym

then close neutral grip chinup

big breakfast afterwards of potatoes, skirt steak, bacon, scoop of casein with half and half and lite coconut milk

went to the Big Game - we got killed! 48 to 14, in our own house

went to T-rex and had some food, 2 cocktails (no beer)

back in the city had a scoop of casein mixed with 2% milk and blueberries

yesterday, lost my tater urge

fasted all day and hit the gym, Modern BCAAs and 10 Humapro, pre and post

First time doing legs in many a moon

so my intake yesterday of 7 egg yolks then a dinner with a third of a pound of ground lamb with a pound of spuds, bacon, coconut milk and casein led to a 0.4 lb weight gain

so back to zero carb for me

strength update

so my weight is still dropping with the potato carbs, and I can't let them go for now

to combat hunger, I am having a fat and volume rich breakfast, today I upped it to 8 raw egg yolks

I had a great workout this morning, trying to be smart and look for absolute improvements, rather than feel or volume

I did 11 sets of dips, in sets of 3

first with +25 on the ol' weightbelt, then next 10 with 20 lbs

then a set of tricep overhead press, 40 lbs x 15 reps

2 scoops Jack3D
Chained Out and 10 Humapro pre and post

8 organic egg yolks after my shower

5 Humapro before dinner

1/3 raw ground lamb, less than a pound of organic spuds in 2 slice bacon
half can organic coconut milk with scoop of casein
organic cinnamon

my gosh that was delish - if my weight keeps dropping I'm going to keep this up

days have had some more carbs, but not buck wild

doing mostly raw today, but I'm craving taters

dinner was half pound of Prather ground lamb with spices, a pound of organic russet potatoes, with skin, roasted in bacon fat, and 2 slices of bacon, took an AP beforehand

Got some Pink Magic, day 1 was yesterday

got up this morning, wasn't feeling super hot, so I didn't want to venture out in the cold to lift

I did workout though

rest of day popped magic and ate protein bars, 2 lattes, dim sum, muslim style chinese food, wine, etc...

raw today cus not going to be manana

so tomorrow is a 2 meal out day, so keeping calories low today and for the rest of the week after tomorrow

all raw meal today, stacked with 20 Humapro

last few days

so on Friday I kept clean, albeit rich - had a 1.5 lb ribeye for dinner, with guacamole and a raw egg yolk

Saturday went to my Sweet's wedding reception in Sacramento, calories were high as I ate out

Sunday was back clean again, hurt my back with the dip belt

but I still cranked out 30 pullups and 15 neutral grip pullups at home

not too good...

got railroaded by a friend's lunch yesterday, then dinner out with my special someone

bowl of clam chowder and chili cheese burger at BJs for lunch

tortilla soup and pastrami sandwich with chopped liver at The Refuge for dinner

had a Progenex MM shake at night with organic half and half and lite coconut milk

gained 6.2 lbs overnight

this morning, had a Progenex MM shake with a touch of coconut oil

lunch was at Red Chili, cup of tom kha gai, rice, panang beef curry with chiles

AP before all meals

Humapro of course in between!

at night at homemade chicken pho - woke up 7.2 lbs heavier overall than 2 mornings ago... yikes!
