Fun workout

so any day I'm 200+ I look on the positive side and am happy I can lift a heavier weight :)

I'll lose a ton of pounds over the next few days ;)

I have also shed 12 of the 14 lbs i put on so I am doing a similar meal as the one from a few days back

Zero Carb again today...

dinner was simple, overcooked my pork chop a bit but o well

I wrote that ridiculous title to remind myself that I want to and need to rip the fat off me as fast as possible without going totally crazy, a little crazy is fine :)

at the same time, the bodyweight exercises (and I think the high Humapro) is leaning me out while adding LBM

so I had a pretty chunky weekend

nonetheless, I took a few days off due to late nights home and then I hit the gym at lunch

I got a little tired of the fasting, and I promised myself if I was truly hungry then I would eat something. So I had a nice single zero carb dinner

I'm trying a 3 day fast, in the past I got all big n grand and blogged... and failed, so one day at a time is what I say - so I got through one day, and now I'm on my second one

so today a 60 Humapro fast again (in the afternoon I threw in a scoop of Chain'd Out for the heck of it)

so after a great birthday treat dinner on Friday night at Wayfare Tavern and an all day booze n food event in San Francisco, packed on 10 lbs in 2 days!

so as planned, I did a 60 Humapro fast today.

Even knocked out a 100 Perfect Pushups.

Feel good - tomorrow I turn 38 so looking pretty good.

4th fast of 2012

yup, had a great carb up last night after a brutal workout - 2 actually - so I'm just fasting today in preparation for my birthday weekend

doing something a little different today, gonna try the supposed fat cell inflammation properties of Indigo3

so this morning I popped 2 oxyelite pro and had 10 Humapro with a coffee with some organic coconut oil

on my way to work I sipped on 2 scoops of Chain'd Out mixed with some magnesium

I just took 4 Indigo 3 at 1000am

next is at 230pm and then last at 7pm

let's see how this goes

fasting feels great!

first all raw day for the new year

so over the last year, I got over my deathly fear of carbs and started to incorporate them. That being said, I have to say that for me, the weight just falls off me fastest when I am all raw, high fat, moderate calorie - it's just hard to eat a lot of raw stuff, especially when I only eat it once a day.

so yesterday was a fun day as Tebow beat the Steelers, pretty awesome game

so I had a great workout day despite putting on 6.8 lbs from the day before

before evening workout I had creatine and 10 HP

after workout: 10 HP

30 total for the day

Workout was nice and simple
I love doing chinups

I did 50 in 28 minutes, 10 sets of 5

dinner was nice and all raw
