so another 60 Humapro day today - felt great over the weekend I went to 2 back to back surprise birthday parties for my sister in law and got great feedback. Even more motivated to keep kicking ass and taking names.
I got a little tired of the fasting, and I promised myself if I was truly hungry then I would eat something. So I had a nice single zero carb dinner
1 raw pastured egg yolk 14.7 oz ny steak 0.19 raw organic chicken liver 2 gelatin packets
so over the last year, I got over my deathly fear of carbs and started to incorporate them. That being said, I have to say that for me, the weight just falls off me fastest when I am all raw, high fat, moderate calorie - it's just hard to eat a lot of raw stuff, especially when I only eat it once a day.
so yesterday was a fun day as Tebow beat the Steelers, pretty awesome game
so I had a great workout day despite putting on 6.8 lbs from the day before
before evening workout I had creatine and 10 HP
after workout: 10 HP
30 total for the day
Workout was nice and simple I love doing chinups
I did 50 in 28 minutes, 10 sets of 5
dinner was nice and all raw

Going to keep this simple for now... I have dropped from 234.5 lbs, briefly hitting 182.6 lbs twice, once in 2006 and again in early 2008
I finally hit 180 and a touch below, so my new hoverpoint is around the low 180s, versus the low 190s
My aim is to shed another 30 lbs of bodyfat to reach my goal
