Happy Halloween!

so I'm still recovering, but I wanted to hit the gym to move some muscle

actually had a pretty great workout

Chained Out and 10 Humapro pre workout
another scoop and a half of Chained Out during my workout and to swill down the 10 Humapro post workout

Dumbell Press
55 lbs x 5: 5 sets
kinda stuck at this weight, I need to focus on the positive, I'll get to 60 lbs in time

wanted to get my shoulders so I did clean and press with 80 lbs, wow! you can feel your whole body working

3 reps - 5 sets

then I wanted to keep working biceps, as I got nice feedback on them the last two weeks :)

30 close neutral grip chinups - 10 sets of 3

scoop of Modern BCAAs 90 minutes later

I wanted to have potatoes, so I threw in a second workout at home while watching football

1 scoop super plasma with organic cinnamon
stacked with 10 Humapro

that was pretty delicious!

just sitting at home

no workout, no going out, just sitting at home, I miss my girl

so I'll just sit around and get ripped :)

single meal for dinner - kept it high in saturated fats to help in healing and to keep me full and satiated, also the saturated fats should help me heal

Strength Update - New Progenex Challenge

efknocked out 31 chinups, all with an additional 20 lb dumbell

took me 42 minutes

Barbell Curl: 60 lbs x 5 plus X rep (for an 8 count)

during the day, Chained Out and 5 Humapro

took 2 anabolic pump before dinner

barbecue sauce (with added habanero peppers)

then 2 hours later

my Progenex MM/Recovery pudding with 1/2 can organic coconut milk, raw cacao, tons of organic shredded coconut and peanut butter (not that good actually)

didn't get a chance to have any Progenex today

it was rainy so it was tiring

I started my day with Chained Out and 10 Humapro

repeated that later in the day

Day 38 of New Progenex Challenge

well, I'm down to 177.6 lbs again!

@ 25.4% BF, but I am not placing much stock at the BF percentage, but paying attention to the visceral reading of 8

took WTF this morning, then Chained Out and 10 Humapro (pre and post)

workout was good

I have decided to keep my chinups and pullups to 30 reps, and add weight

so I added a 15lb dumbell for each rep

31 reps in 34 minutes

3 sets of 3, 9 sets of 2

fage yogurt with shredded coconut and Zsweet
2 homemade cookies

had a beal Pakistani lunch at Shalimar

I did knock 90 Perfect Pushups in 25 minutes this morning

during lunch while sipping 2 scoops of Chained Out, did 31 pullups in 34 minutes at the ol' jungle gym

at night went to the gym and did 20 more pullups in 16 minutes

next Progenex shake planned on Friday am

not feeling too hot today

plan for the day is as follows

had 5 Humapro in the morning

lunch was at Red Chili, panang curry with rice

I am feeling pretty sick, so I had beef pho for an early dinner

goal is to get into the 170s this week

kettlebell workout for 40 minutes

65 swing and presses - each hand

post workout, had a scoop of Progenex More Muscle and a touch of organic coconut oil

dinner was nice and simple, but a bit rich

more than half a rack of lamb with a lot of organic garlic
tallow and coconut oil

Day 32 of New Progenex Challenge

so, this second pulse fast took off 3 lbs, but more importantly it got my BF% down to 23.8%, I know not super accurate, but it's promising

I was really strong today in the gym

I popped some Powerdrive and 3 Powerfull before my workout, with Chained and 10 Humapro, pre and post - 4 scoops Chained Out total


5, then 6 sets of 4, then 3

3 pullups

then chinups, 4 sets of 3, then an additional one with a static hold

45 chinups total and 3 pullups

popped an AP, and had a huge breakfast with corn tortillas, taters, eggs, bacon, guac...

woke up 1.2 lbs lighter, thought it would be more, but o well

during my workout sipped a serving of Modern BCAAs

did mostly chest and arms

I tried to 60 lbs but I'm just not there yet

Then did arms: biceps, triceps and forearms

came home and did Progenex MM and Recover plus a half can+ of organic coconut milk

popped 10 Humapro before lunch and had panang curry and rice

started the morning at 181.6 @ 25.3% BF

first day of Mag 10 Pulse Fast - 10 scoop, 2x Alpha-GPC, 3 scoops of Power Drive

had a great workout

72 chinups in 56 minutes

then hammer curls with 25 lbs

I guess that should be it for today, unless I work out again :)

I am super energetic!

so I feel a little better today so I hit the gym in the AM

popped 9 Morph and Chained Out and 10 Humapro and hit it hard

did 31 chinups in 17 minutes

getting stronger

then did dumbell squats finished with calf raises 35lbs x 5: 5 sets

between sets did hammer curls with 25 lbs, maybe 30 next time ?

then did 10 pullups, 2, then singles

so I am cutting my progenex way down until the 16th because of my singing performance, and because dairy jacks up my voice.... pretty standard singer's move

I should say dairy protein because I will be living a lot off of ghee, organic coconut oil, and humapro
