Day 30 of New Progenex Challenge

woke up 1.2 lbs lighter, thought it would be more, but o well

took my WTF, my Chained Out and 10 Humapro and hit the ol' gym

during my workout sipped a serving of Modern BCAAs

did mostly chest and arms

Dumbell Press: 55 lbs x 5, 5 sets

I tried to 60 lbs but I'm just not there yet

Then did arms: biceps, triceps and forearms

came home and did Progenex MM and Recover plus a half can+ of organic coconut milk

popped 10 Humapro before lunch and had panang curry and rice


dinner was simple: pho
