Minnesota Trip 3: Day 11

couldn't sleep last night and went to Byerly's late

was really hungry, had a breakfast at like 6 in the morning, right after I knocked out Incline Perfect Pushup, 40 - I think I will get up tomorrow and work out again

not raw - but total carb count = 27 grams (of course I popped an Anabolic Pump before I ate)

1 organic pastured egg yolk
1 can coconut milk
12 oz 100% grassfed summer sausage
0.19 lb raw cheese

total calories approximately 1900 calories

at night

brick of pate
4 sweet peppers

3100 calories for the day

fasting tomorrow

that means I will have made it through the trip, not exactly as planned, but with no true cheat foods and an additional fast day

next week, may try a 3 day water fast between Tuesday and Thursday, or at the very least Tuesdays and Thursday - also going to keep to 2 meals a day, rather than three, including post-workout protein

at the very very least, 2 fast days - Tuesday and Thursday

Minnesota Trip 3: Day 9 (High Calories)

real simple, sleep is not going too well

stay strong, just had some extra Vitamin D with dinner, that and extra ubiquinol

simple dinner - tomorrow I am going to fast, yup - paying attention to Brad Pilon, I have stores, shouldn't be a problem at all

100% raw early supper

2 organic pastured egg yolks
6 organic egg yolks
3/4 lb grassfed ribeye
organic cinnamon

I was starving at night as I had to work late - I almost caved but I opted for high saturated fat, low carb, high satiety, high calorie as I am fasting today

1/3 lb gorgonzola
brick of pate (so so good)
can of coconut milk
2 scoops of GNC Wheybolic

given that my supper calories were about 1300 calories, my late night 'snack' was about 2000 calories!

my total for the day was about 3300 calories - so I am trying to fast for the next three days, will see how my rings feel

went to work today

knocked 101 medium wide grip Perfect Pushups, in 30 minutes!

10 sets of 10 (last one being for 11)

Minnesota Trip 3: Day 7

today was a little different, didn't cheat at all, just had more protein

my face is looking angular, I don't feel that ugly

did a bunch of pushups during the day and before I ate

I had to work today and I actually did pushups during work

During the day did 83 Perfect Pushups and 80 with the Incline to bump the shoulders

at 430pm at work had a Jay Robb protein shake mixed with an americano

after my evening workout had:

btw, some buffed dude at Wuxi called me buff, felt nice :)

so I went to a Perkins today with colleagues, just had iced tea

am a little hungry, got some cravings

went to Byerley's... was about to cave and get potatos, but bough 4 cans of coconut milk and a can opener and ran out

dinner was simple

100% raw

I did pop and Anabolic Pump due to the slight carbs in the coconut milk

so my burn is feeling better, or maybe I am scared not to work out

decided to do incline pushup, basically my Perfect Pushup, with my feet on a small cushion

knocked out 101 total

80 in the morning, and 21 in the evening before dinner

Minnesota Trip 3: Day 2

first day on site at Wuxi, didn't sleep well but had to stay on diet as I don't have any other food :)

I probably should have brought my Warrior Milk, and taken a swig here and there, or any other good protein like Nitrean or Jay Robb, but o well - gotta just keep losing weight

what was nice was that my rings started swinging around my finger again, just after 1 day! can't wait for the whole 12 days

ok, so my plan is for the next 11 days, only raw beef and a few egg yolks

on my flight day home I will be fasting

so I flew in today and had a cab driver from Djibouti

he drove me to Wh0le Foods in St. Paul - 65 bucks, not bad considering how much great steak and pastured eggs I bought

dinner was great

stayed up chattn with the folks, slept a little, but I had a great workout

Hit the 24hour in Pleasanton

Did back, shoulders, and biceps

100 lbs x 3 (10 sets)

threw a progenex shake mixed with 2 scoops of Warrior Milk afterwards - this stuff is working great

3.5 hrs later:

3 organic eggs - sunny side up in lard
2 scoops Warrior Milk mixed in organic coconut milk
1 scooop Progenex Growth

was really happy to see Jen - almost 2 weeks!!!

Rest of my second Minnesota Trip

well, it finished up with a great workout, a high calorie day and then a full day fast

I really wasn't very proud of my high cal day, but live and let live...

nice thing is I came back and my folks commented how good I looked, considering how high my ultimate goal is, it did feel good

so Wednesday morning I woke up and did chest, triceps, and biceps

Dumbell Press

50 lbs x 7 (4)
50 lbs x 5

33 total reps

Tricep Overhead Press: 40 lbs x 8 reps

Bicep Curl

40 lbs x 2
35 lbs x 3

finished up with another tricep overhead press: 35 lbs x 8

threw down a progenex shake

then threw another one down 2 hours later

couple hours later, threw down an AP

Mongolian Barbecue with WuXi colleagues
2 oz organic beef jerkey

3 hours later: Jay Robb whey + FRS

ate dinner at Cafe 28 in Minneapolis

lentil soup
burger with fresh goat cheese/roasted beet
banana cake + cappacinio

back at the hotel, threw down a scoop of Progenex Growth, Jay Robb and a dark chocolate bar

lots of protein this day

Thursday was a challenging day at work, politics wise

I fasted all day and flew home

Did a great back, shoulder, and biceps workout

threw down a progenex (of course)

then another one few hours later (yes!)

dinner was high high high calorie... but that's because next 3 days just raw meat and eggs

First I popped an Anabolic Pump on my ride home from Whole Foods

I feel really good about myself - I like feeling my body change

Saturday will be fun foods, then right back on Sunday - a little sick of meat, so may stick to eggs and warrior milk for the few days I am home

yeah - one day out of seven, not bad ok?!?

started off with PowerFull and con-cret, then my first workout in a week

did 168 Perfect Pushups in 46 minutes

had a progenex shake, then another one 1.5 hours later!

popped an anabolic pump

then a gourmet chocolate bar and a Jay Robb protein with a FRS mixed in

then a ghetto vietnamese lunch

later in the day had some more chocolate

then another anabolic pump, went to Namaste Chai in Minneapolis

had momos (bison and lamb)

glass of red wine

lamb curry/rice/roti

came back and had a Jay Robb with cinnamon....

just found a gym in my hotel... gonna burn off this stuff tomorrow

Four Days Before My Second Minnesota Trip

I started feeling a little under on Wednesday, but I started off with a workout

knocked out 133 Perfect Pushups, 19 sets of 7 in 30 minutes
also did 3 Neutral grip pullups

dropped a Progenex afterwards

had a nice big breakfast of eggs, bacon, fry bread, and organic blueberries after taking an Anabolic Pump

went up to the city, and popped another AP before throwing down a Prather Ranch hot dog and went to Avatar's with my girl

at night I had 2 scoops of chocolate Grow! and smoe dark chocolate

Thursday was simple, just a teaspoon of efas in the morning

dinner started off with a scoop of Progenex Growth + SRG

then 3 raw organic egg yolks
1 small avocado with organic garlic
1 lb ribeye with horseradish and organic cultured cream
