last food before New Year's Eve


had lots of carbs yesterday, but nothing reckless, a nice change, no gluten

went home a few hours after my chinup workout and had Progenex MM + Recovery

impromptu lunch with my colleagues at Red Chili

took 2 N2S beforehand

panang pork curry with steamed white rice

later had a Yerba Mate and a Fucothin bar

big big dinner, but healthy
2 N2S beforehand

1 organic egg yolk - raw
organic kefir
half pack of lentils
2 buffalo sausage
8 oz shitake mushrooms
2 organic russet potatoes
1 scoop super plasma protein with organic cinnamon


was going to fast today, but got too hungry

Humapro throughout the day

before dinner took an N2S

4 organic raw egg yolks
1 lb of Trader Joes Organic beef mixed with roasted garlic and chipotle
4 tbs of chopped walnuts
scoop of super plasma with organic cinnamon

did N2S during the day and night

also got my new fermented cod liver oil and butterfat combo

I know, blogging hasn't been great

still cranking along with Progenex, stacking it with super plasma as well

doing 2 or more workouts in a row with strength increases, feels pretty good

for example yesterday I did chest

4 oz TJs beef patty
half pack steamed lentils with tallow
2 organic russet potatoes
scoop of super plasma protein with organic cinnamon

had this with 10 Humapro

looking forward to repeating my workout tomorrow

would be awesome if I can do even more

reverse pyramid workout

woke up in the morning, took Chained Out and 10 Humapro, con-cret and N2S and hit the gym

chinups with 3 minute rest between sets, went for max each set

I am still using need2slin, but weight is jumping up and down
I am eating too much - it's not a license to overeat
so I am going back to keto

took 3 need2slin during the day, once in the am, one at lunch, and one before dinner

dinner was 1000 calories, no carbs

supplemented with 20 Humapro
