woke up in the morning, took Chained Out and 10 Humapro, con-cret and N2S and hit the gym

chinups with 3 minute rest between sets, went for max each set

5, 4, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 2 to failure

Progenex MM + Recovery afterwards, with a raw organic egg yolk
