60 lbs x 5 +xrep

later in the day, scoop of Chained Out and 5 Humapro (all total 30 for the day)

big dinner

popped 2 AP

1 raw organic egg yolk
3 organic russet potatoes baked in bacon fat
6 slices bacon
1/2 lb lamb tartare with spices
half can organic pumpkin with a scoop of casein and shredded organic coconut
