Raw, low cal, and protein slanted...

simple dinner:

4 organic egg yolks
0.83 lb ny strip
2 tbs raw sauce
1 Jay Robb Whey

approximately 1200 calories

tomorrow my plan is to workout in the am, afterwards throw down a Progenex, do a protein pulses during the day, with dinner should be steak and eggs

all day fast on Thursday

plan is to fast on Tuesdays and Thursday - keep workout days protein pulse days
