it was rainy so it was tiring
I started my day with Chained Out and 10 Humapro
repeated that later in the day
10 Humapro before dinner
1 organic egg yolk
0.91 Prather ny strip steak - cooked rare
1 small organic tomato
then upchucked after I went to Martuni's (too much vodka)
