more weight - strength update

feel like crap?

no problem, lift!

used my dip belt for first time

did 30 chinups in singles in 46 minutes - all with 27.5 lbs additional

considering i woke up at 183 due to bloat, pretty darn good I must say
goal is still to get up to a 45 lb plate
