Weight: 192.2 Target: 193.5

so slowly getting back on track...

Saturday was just a lot of food day, big breakfast with a wedding reception at night, with booze, pizza, desserts, carbs, etc...

yesterday was clean

a few bites of raw cheese at the farmer's market, literally half a bite


late afternoon, I took a walk, jog, sprint session with my friend Loren. First workout in 3 weeks, it was tough!

late afternoon meal:

3 organic egg yolks (raw)
greek salad (cucumbers, evoo, lemon, feta, tomato)
1 lb veal ribeye (grilled rare)

Recreated (2 in the AM)
Venom Lean Dream (2 before bed)

going to get better for one more week before adding the Venom 3.0 Hyperdrive

btw, Kauai is back on! Four months of hardwork!
