Weight: 187.4 Target: 196.4

so I got really sick last week... as in 103 degrees fever sick...

my last post was on Monday when I fasted all day, I had a meal on Tuesday, some korean food with fruits... Wednesday I fasted again...

My fever broke for good on Friday morning...

I actually ate pretty clean, with exception of some pizza on Saturday

My Monday food was:

2 raw egg yolks in the morning

dinner

3 raw egg yolks
organic salad greens
wild smoked salmon
6 spears organic asparagus (roasted)
0.68 lb seared pork chops with spice rub
