back on track

so i weighed in at 195.2 lbs before dinner but after a big amount of water with my con-cret

I hit the gym and did dumbell squats, chest and back (25 minutes)

dinner was an hour later

1 tbs organic coconut oil
1 egg yolks (raw organic)
1 lb organic grassfed beef (raw) with standard spices i use

1.5 scoops Grow!
1 tbs super plasma
1 tbs organic macadamia nut oil

approximately 1500 calories
140 grams protein
4.5 grams of carbs
