yup, a raw dinner in Eagan

so I wound up getting a ride from my colleague to the Whole Foods Market in St. Paul:

picked up a ny strip, a top sirloin, and 3 lbs of chuck roast and also 3 dozen organic eggs

I felt so good and happy

dinner was a dozen organic egg yolks and a 0.65 lb NY strip with horseradish and salt mix

100% raw
