strength update

really psyched I did 15 pullups today in about ten minutes!

it was an impromptu workout at work

had a good eating day

breakfast and a dinner

eggs and smoked pork loin in the AM

dinner was eggs, bacon, sausage, ground beef, and super plasma with organic cinnamon
