Car servicing and a brutal shoulder workout

took the ol' Toyota for a 15K servicing

hit the gym while I waited

brutal workout

key metrics

shrugs with 70 lbs

dumbell lateral raises with 20 lbs

barbell curls with 60 lbs

took a progenex + 6 srg + scoop of Nitrean

then two hours later, another progenex shake

add a couple of organic pastured sunny side up eggs in lard later

finished my day off with a walk with my girl up to Pacific Heights

went out for Thai food at Gatip and had Warrior Milk and yogurt at night
